Tribute to My Beloved Wife
We gather here today with hearts that are heavy, yet filled with gratitude for a life that was rich, meaningful, and overflowing with love. My wife left us on December 12, 2025, at 4:25 p.m. ET. That moment marked the end of her earthly journey, but it did not mark the end of her presence in our lives. She lives on—in our memories, in our children, and in the love that binds us together.
I first met her in 1977, during my final year at university. Life has a quiet way of introducing us to our destiny, and I could never have imagined then how completely she would shape my world. We fell in love and married—two young souls choosing to walk forward together, hopeful and determined.
Between then and 1986, we were blessed with five wonderful children—two girls and three boys. They became the heartbeat of our home, filling it with laughter, energy, and purpose. My wife was a devoted mother who gave endlessly of herself. She nurtured, guided, encouraged, and prayed. She saw each child for who they truly were and loved them fiercely and without condition.
Like all couples, we had our differences. We didn’t always agree, and we didn’t always see the world the same way. But what held us together—what carried us forward—was genuine love. A love that chose commitment over convenience. A love that endured, forgave, and remained faithful even when life tested us.
She was my companion, my partner, and my constant. She stood beside me in seasons of joy and in times of difficulty. Her strength often showed quietly—in perseverance, in patience, and in the way she showed up every single day for her family. She taught us that love is not just spoken—it is lived.
Today, we grieve her absence, and we will feel that absence deeply. But we also celebrate her life—the years we shared, the family we built, and the legacy she leaves behind: a legacy of love, resilience, and devotion.
To my beloved wife—thank you for loving me, for walking this journey with me, and for giving our children a foundation that will carry them forward. You were deeply loved, and you will be profoundly missed. May your soul rest in perfect peace, and may your love continue to guide us until we meet again—to part no more.
